About StayManaged
The independent guide to short-term rental managers in Queensland.
Why this exists
If you own a holiday property on the Sunshine Coast and want someone else to run it, your options are a dozen individual manager websites and a few “top 10” lists written by managers themselves. None of them let you compare fees side by side, and none of them are independent.
StayManaged lists every short-term rental manager we can verify in a region, shows what they charge and what’s included in plain language, and lets you request proposals from up to three of them in one go. Owners never pay to use it.
Who’s behind it
StayManaged is run from the Sunshine Coast by a small independent team. We are not a property manager, we don’t take a percentage of your bookings, and we’re not affiliated with Airbnb or any platform.
How we stay independent
Managers can pay for a labelled Featured slot or per owner enquiry. That money never changes a manager’s rating, organic position or reviews. The full formula is on our methodology page.
Where we are going
Sunshine Coast first, then Noosa as its own hub, the Gold Coast, Brisbane and the rest of Queensland. A region goes live only when we have verified at least 15 managers there.
